Joyce of all trades, master of some (?) I'm a graduate of the University of Southern California who completed a B.S. in Business of Cinematic Arts. I'm an entertainment industry professional with work experiences at Universal Music Group, Sony Pictures, SoundCloud, Goldenvoice, and Blumhouse Productions. Find my music marketing work here.
On weekends, I host poetry events called Poetry Peace, centered around showcasing BIPOC/LGBTQ+ writing and focusing on building community around creativity, compassion and vulnerability.
The highlight of my life so far is writing a personal short film about my dad's story, titled Paper UFOS, with themes of creativity and generational privilege in the Asian immigrant community. (password to watch: paperufos)

i'm passionate about minority representation, community, and romanticizing the mundane. i derive inspiration for my art from my cultural identity, nostalgia, and the idea of chasing a child-like whimsy. in addition, by existentialism in desolate american suburbias with the intersection of the internet.
things i like: creative writing, community organizing, the vivid revelations i get after watching a good film
things i also like: marinated pickles, rescuing cats, live music, horror comedies, intellectual memes, the smell of home depot, customizing my own human avatar
